Trustpilot has a higher rating for Hims at a 4.2 out of 5 with 910 reviews. However, it does state the reviews were merged but doesn’t specify with which company. Most of the negative reviews mention the poor customer service, no ability to pause or cancel the subscription, doctor’s not caring or putting in time to get to know the patient, getting multiple doctors, and being prescribed incorrect products.

What hurts Hims, in our mind, is their poor customer service, inability to have control over your subscription service, and the extra costs added to you without fully disclosing them.
